However, the company’s shares have fallen significantly, resulting in a current valuation of approximately \u00a34m. News of the sale has caused a 46 per cent drop in the share price to 0.8p, compared to its peak of over 500p per share in 2017.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Over time, sellers realised that choosing the cheapest agent might not produce the best results because it meant selling their home for thousands less.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
